We aim to resolve complaints fairly and quickly. Our process includes receiving, recording, assessing, investigating, and resolving complaints within 10 business days (or longer in complex cases).

We expect courteous and respectful behavior. Unacceptable or unreasonable conduct may result in communication restrictions regarding the complaint.
